What’s going on at

Windy Hill Farm?

What started as mom's retirement project turned into a flock of over 100 chickens. We love to provide fresh eggs to our community from our very spoiled chickens. We have 2.5 acres of fenced area on the farm that is dedicated to our chickens to free range with our herd of Nigerian Dwarf Goats.

Our 2 little tiny bottle babies that we got as pets turned into a herd of "designer goats".

Katie AKA “the crazy goat lady” has now raised and responsibly bred, ADGA Nigerian Dwarf Goats. She uses their fresh milk to make high quality goat milk-based bath and body products- including bar soap, lotion, milk bath and sugar scrub (for now...more to come). All goat milk bath and body products are available to order on this site. We also have fresh goat milk available for purchase locally.

We love to share the amazing benefits of these animals. Nigerians have wonderful temperaments, high milk production and are perfect for smaller farms and homesteads. We have goat kids available every spring and fall and provide free goat mentorship to all who purchase animals from us. Currently our herd consists of 12 adult does, 2 junior does and 3 bucks. All of whom have amazing udders, conformation and high milk production behind them.

We love to support local agriculture and our local schools. We do the weekly farmers market at the Leicester Community Center from May to October, on Wednesdays 3pm to 6pm. We assist in the coordination of the Worley Flower Farm 2nd Saturday Market. Mom, who is a retired teacher, works with our local elementary school teaching children about chickens. From hatching, to caring and maintaining the school chicken coop and chickens. We believe it's important for kids to learn about where their food comes from and how important agriculture is in our lives.

We have been so blessed with this crazy life we have. It's always a zoo around here! We hope you love all of our chaos as much as we do. Thank you for the continued support.
